According to the Los Angeles Times, President Obama held a meeting on Monday to develop a strategy that can finally move forward a much talked about comprehensive immigration reform.
The initiative being considered would include granting amnesty to the undocumented, but only after going through a legalization process that would include fines for violating the law, paying taxes, and registering.
A possible moment for the reopening of the public debate may be March 21.
